About Me

Hi, I’m Chris. From a young age, I’ve been sensitive to energy - though it took years to fully understand and trust it. My journey began with personal healing, and has since evolved into holding space for others.I’m certified in Reiki Levels I & II and Reconnective Healing, but my sessions are primarily intuitive, meaning each one is unique to you. I don’t follow a script - I listen to what your energy needs in the moment.My intention is always the same: to help you feel more connected, grounded, and at ease within yourself.
